CpaPva, the creator of the Email and Social Media Accounts service, provides the following refund policy:
Within 30 days of the purchase of your CpaPva Email and Social Media Accounts, you may cancel your account by accessing your customer hub (only available to customers who purchased their Accounts on or after 2/1/22) or by submitting a support ticket by clicking this clearly-marked contact form.
No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not offer pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
After the initial refund period expires, CpaPva will continue to charge you annually at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account. You can cancel your account by accessing your customer hub (only available to customers who purchased their subscription on or after 2/1/22) or submitting a support ticket by clicking this clearly-marked contact form. It will happen on the same day of the subsequent year you initially joined.
We will send a notification when your credit card is charged to the email address you provided us.
